Chairman - Gerald Major

Property consultant for over 30 years Director Raine & Horne Commercial (WA). Licensed Valuer and Real Estate agent past president Property Council of WA division, past vice president property institute of Australia WA division, Past national councilor Australian Property Institute former member of the WA Planning Commission – Central Perth Planning Committee.
Noel Blandford

Honorary Treasurer - Noel Blandford

Noel has a civil engineering degree from University of WA.  He has worked in infrastructure engineering, land development, housing and project management for over 25 years, both with Government and in consulting practice.  Noel is Managing Director of Perth based Voran Consultants.
Paul Drechsler

Committee member - Paul Drechsler

Paul Drechsler is the Immediate Past Chairman of AIUS.  A professional Town Planner and Land Economist with an architectural background, Paul is the Managing Director of Hames Sharley, an international architectural and planning practice.  He is particularly interested in planning, urban design and sustainability.
Leanne McKenzie

Committee member - Leanne McKenzie

Leanne McKenzie has a civil engineering degree from Monash University in Melbourne. Her background is predominantly in Project Management, with experience in the mining sector through to urban renewal and land development projects. Leanne has recently joined Silver Chain Nursing Association to manage Silver Chain's Property & Procurement Department.
Peter Jordan

Committee member - Peter Jordan

Peter Jordan is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Member of the Institution of Engineers Australia. He has over 20 years experience in the Construction Industry working as both a consultant and as a client manager on major infrastructure and urban development projects. His career has been split between Local Government, where he occupied a number of Senior Management roles, and the private sector, consultancy business. Peter has a Masters degree in Strategic Change Management and is a qualified University lecturer, having lectured in both Management and Civil Engineering. His current role as Director Civil for Voran sees him involved in a wide range of projects in both the infrastructure planning and urban development fields. He joined the AIUS in 2005 where he hopes to contribute towards the further development and expansion of the organisation.
